Bradford's notorious long-running dark alternative night, now in its thirteenth year.
Resident since 1999 at the 1 in 12 Club, and latterly at the New Beehive and then the Zuu Bar, Carpe Noctum is one of the North's most respected and notorious goth/industrial clubs. As well as the cream of the Northern scene's DJs, it's also played host to bands such as Killing Miranda, Katscan, 616 Abortions, Rhombus, The Last Cry, Libitina, Scary Bitches, Screaming Banshee Aircrew, Zeitgeist Zero, Action Directe, Zombina and the Skeletones and many more.
Aside from bringing the best live music to Bradford, its perhaps better known as a club night playing the broadest range of dark alternative music to soundtrack a night's partying. Expect to hear dancefloor classics, future classics and forgotten gems from the likes of The Cult, VNV Nation, Adam Ant, Ministry, Bauhaus, Combichrist, Depeche Mode, Rammstein, Dead Kennedys, O Children, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Apoptygma Berzerk, Nine Inch Nails, Fields of the Nephilim, Rob Zombie, Nick Cave, Transvision Vamp, PWEI, Carter USM, The Cramps, and much more.

Inkubus Sukkubus should need no introduction, being the UK's foremost pagan rock band, with a musical alchemy that touches folk and classical alongside more rock and gothic elements. If you could imagine Fleetwood Mac melded with Sleeping Dogs Wake with a touch of the Sisters' grandiose orchestrations you would get pretty close to their raison d'être.

Forged in the heartlands of the UK at the end of the 20th century, Cauda Pavonis are an impressive tour de force of 18th century style and 21st century technology all wrapped up in anthemic and driving music. The band have played both headline and support appearances at UK and German festivals, including Gothic Pogo Party, WGT, WGW, Spider's Web Festival to name a few.
